Please contact me immediately if there is any discrepancy with your online order.
If you are not satisfied in any way with your print from me, you may exchange it or return the item within 30 days from receipt of prints from internet orders. You will receive a credit for the cost of the purchased print after it has been inspected for return. Unless there was a shipping error on my end, the customer must pay for any return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your print must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the print arrived to you damaged (from shipping), please let me know and I will work with you to ensure you receive a new, undamaged print.
To complete a return for damaged prints, I do require photos of the print so that I can properly assess damages.
Please do not send your print back to me nor the manufacturer without first contacting me.
In certain situations I may only offer partial refunds:
• Prints with obvious signs of use.
• Any print not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to error on my part.
• Prints that are desired to be returned more than 30 days after delivery
For international orders, the customer is responsible for all import duties and custom fees. If a shipment is refused, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. Customers may be contacted for additional shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned print has been received and reviewed. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or partial refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
I will only replace prints if they are damaged or otherwise defected on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, get in touch with me and we can arrange a solution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning a print. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged print to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a larger or more expensive print, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
